If you having a domain name which you bought from whogohost and you having difficulty in setting up a custom domain on your Blogspot, I would make it much easier by assisting you with this tutorial, so as not to make any mistake.
Before you can proceed to set up your domain name server (DNS) with whogohost you have to notice this whogohost policy.

To achieve this without a hosting account, your domain nameservers must point to our default nameservers (nsa.whogohost.com and nsb.whogohost.com). You may visit here and follow the steps on how to make the changes.

3. Then click on the Settings tab and choose Basic:
4. In the Publishing section, click on the link ‘+ Set up a third-party URL for your blog’ to add a custom domain:
5. Type the URL of the domain you’ve purchased,
keeping in mind that it must begin with www Input the domain name and click on the Save button
Once the page refreshes, you will see two CNAME records which should be created in your domain’s Host records: For example

or you can use a much faster way which whogohost developed for blogspot users.

The CNAME setup for Blogspot is given separately and that is not found on the dashboard. It can barely be found on the site itself, though searched thoroughly. You can find it on Google with a keyword “WhoGoHost Blogger” or here it is for you: https://www.whogohost.com/blogspot-CNAME.php.
